Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Opens In Parma Heights

Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi is firing things up at 6405 Pearl Rd with their sizzling hibachi grills!

Opening in late December, Ichiban is proudly locally owned and operated. Joanna from Ichiban shared, “Along with our delicious food, our team creates unforgettable experiences at the hibachi tables for our guests.”

The restaurant boasts an extensive menu featuring irresistible kitchen appetizers like edamame, cheese wontons, coconut shrimp, fried soft-shell crab, and steamed buns. You’ll also find comforting soups, salads, fried rice, and soba noodles.

Sushi Lovers Rejoice! Ichiban offers a wide variety of sushi rolls and dinners. Some favorites include the California roll, yellowtail roll, shrimp tempura roll, volcano roll, Ohio roll, and Big Boy roll. Chef’s Special Rolls include highlights like the Ocean Roll, Spider Roll, Hawaii Roll, Fuji Roll, and many more.

But the real excitement happens at the hibachi tables, where skilled chefs cook right in front of you with dramatic flames, steam, and expert slicing and dicing. Hibachi dinners include options such as chicken, steak, swordfish, scallops, filet mignon, lobster, and more.

Joanna added, “In the short time we’ve been open, we’ve already welcomed repeat customers who love our food and family-friendly pricing.” Guests are also raving about the unique dry ice presentation that elevates their dining experience.

Ichiban offers dine-in, carryout, and orders through select online platforms. Joanna noted that they accept reservations and are already booking into late February. The restaurant features a bar, a dining area, and multiple hibachi tables, including one that accommodates up to 25 guests—perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, and celebrations with friends.
